Refund policy
We have an 8-day return policy, meaning you have 8 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, in order to be eligible for a return. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your request is approved, we will send you a shipping label and instructions.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This will allow us to assess the situation and offer you a prompt solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:
Personalized or custom-made products.
Personal care items.
Hazardous products, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items.
Gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a reason. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or issuing institution to reflect the refund.
