Exchanges and returns

You can request a size exchange within 8 days of receiving your order, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and retains its original tags and packaging.

The customer must cover the shipping costs associated with the exchange. The new size will be subject to availability.

HIRANNOIR does not accept returns due to regret, change of mind, or because the customer no longer likes the product.

We only accept requests related to size changes within the established period or products that have a manufacturing defect.

If you received a defective product, contact us as soon as possible at contacto@hirannoir.com or via Instagram at @hirannoir.

Please include the following information:

• 
  Name and order number.
  
• 
  Clear photographs of the complete product.
  
• 
  Photographs or a video of the defect.
  
• 
  A brief explanation of the problem.
  

Our team will evaluate the evidence and inform you of the corresponding process. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, HIRANNOIR will cover the shipping costs necessary to resolve the case.

For size changes, the customer must cover the corresponding shipping costs.

When it is confirmed that the product has a defect attributable to its manufacturing, HIRANNOIR will cover the shipping costs necessary to make the change or provide the approved solution.

Approved refunds will be processed using the payment method used for the purchase, provided the platform allows it.

Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation. After that date, it may take your financial institution between 5 and 10 business days to reflect it.
